Terms & Conditions

ConstantGraph Terms and Conditions of use

1.1 The service

ConstantGraph is a website that helps you log, visualise and analyse smart‑home and IoT data. We may provide integrations with third‑party platforms to allow you to import data into ConstantGraph.

1.2 Your account

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials,
  • all activity under your account,
  • keeping your account information accurate.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact  contact@constantgraph.com .

1.3 Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use ConstantGraph for unlawful activities,
  • attempt to access other users’ accounts or data,
  • interfere with or disrupt the service (including automated abuse, probing, or denial‑of‑service),
  • upload or transmit malware or harmful code,
  • use the service to impersonate others, misrepresent identity, or facilitate phishing/social engineering,
  • scrape or harvest data in a way that is abusive or violates applicable law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are creating risk to the service or other users.

1.4 Integrations and third‑party services

If you connect ConstantGraph to a third‑party platform (for example, a smart‑home hub/service), you authorise ConstantGraph to access the data and permissions you grant through that platform.

Third‑party services are controlled by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, features, or outages. You can typically revoke access via the third party’s settings.

1.5 Subscriptions, pricing and payments

ConstantGraph may offer subscription access where you pay a fixed amount per month. Sometimes we may make offers where you choose the amount you pay.

  • Payment processing: Payments are handled by third‑party payment providers. ConstantGraph does not store full payment card details.
  • Billing: Your subscription access and/or limits may depend on your current subscription status and amount.
  • Changes & cancellation: You can cancel or change your subscription through the relevant billing interface (or by contacting us if you cannot access the billing flow).
  • Cooling-off period: You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial subscription starting. In this case your subscription will be reverted and your fee refunded.
  • Refunds: Other than the cooling-off period and unless required by law, fees are generally non‑refundable. If you believe there has been an error, contact  contact@constantgraph.com .

Important: Some subscription changes may affect data retention or feature limits and therefore downgrades may cause some of your data to be deleted. Where this applies, we will aim to show it clearly in the UI and/or plan information.

1.6 Availability and changes

We aim to keep ConstantGraph available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service (for example, to improve performance, fix bugs, comply with law, or address security issues).

1.7 Your data and licence to operate the service

You retain your rights to the data you submit or import. You grant ConstantGraph a licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service.

1.8 Intellectual property

ConstantGraph’s website, software, design and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, or redistribute the service except where permitted by law.

1.9 Disclaimers

ConstantGraph is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that:

  • graphs/analysis will be error‑free,
  • the service will meet your needs,
  • third‑party integrations will always function.

1.10 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ConstantGraph is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

If you have paid for a subscription, ConstantGraph’s total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for fraud).

1.11 Termination

You may stop using ConstantGraph at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. We will contact you via email if we take such action and we will explain why the cancellation and/or closure occurred.

Where we terminate:

  • due to your breach of these Terms, you will not be eligible for a refund in such a scenario; or
  • for any other reason, you will be entitled to a pro-rated refund for any pre-paid amounts.

1.12 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
